PWX are back, folks, and they’re coming in hot with their January tradition— the X16 tournament! Even in plague world they’ve put together a compelling field of some of the best that pro wrestling has to offer— ACH vs. Timmy Lou Retton and JD Drake vs. Suge D jump out at me as automatically excellent matches, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t take special note of the match I’ve listed last.

Anthony Henry, a man synonymous with PWX, has been on a retirement tour and will wrestle his last for the company this weekend, and you know he’s going to pull out all the stops.

As always...

Remember folks, no matter what type of wrestling you like, no matter how down you feel about the state of WWE, AEW, Impact, ROH, or any other “big-time” pro wrestling, there’s something out there for you. There’s a pro wrestling product that can hit you in the right spot and make you love wrestling like you thought you’d never be able to love it again. It’s there, I promise. You just gotta reach out and find it, and that, my friends, is what the Sermon on the Mat is all about.
