NWA Women’s title match highlights next week’s Dynamite

There some uncertainty about the schedule, but AEW is laying out the card for next week’s Dynamite - or Dynamites.

A few weeks ago, Tony Khan said there would be a one hour episode after the NBA playoffs on Weds., Sept. 16 and a full two hour show on Thurs., Sept. 17. During the Sept. 9 broadcast, the announce team said the show would either be on the 16th or the 17th depending on whether or not the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets series makes it to a Wednesday game seven.

However many shows there are and whenever they air, here’s what AEW booked for them on the Sept. 9 Dynamite:

- Thunder Rosa will have her third match in AEW, and this time she’ll be defending her NWA Women’s title against Ivellise.

- AEW Tag champs FTR will be in action, but their belts won’t be on the line. They’ll be facing Jurassic Express, who defeated Lucha Bros tonight, then spoiled Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler’s celebration by dumping ice on them.

- Santana & Ortiz jumped Orange Cassidy, so Best Friends challenged them to fight in the parking lot.

- Chris Jericho & Jake Hager’s quest for tag gold leads them to a match against Private Party.

- Hangman Page returns to singles wrestling when he faces Frankie Kazarian.

- MJF will be in action for the first time since losing to World champion Jon Moxley at All Out.
