It looks like Brian Pillman Jr. is All Elite. While there has yet to be a snazzy graphic proclaiming as much, all signs point in the direction of Pillman signing a contract with AEW.
You may or may not have noticed Pillman in the fan section at night 1 of Fyter Fest.

On Sunday morning (July 5), AEW announced the lineup for AEW Dark, which airs Tuesday at 7 pm ET on AEW’s YouTube channel. Pillman is set to square off against Shawn Spears.
Months of preparation behind me and I will finally make my debut for All Elite Wrestling! This is quite literally the BIGGEST opportunity of my life and I hope that everyone tunes in to see what I've been cooking up #AEWDark#PillmanDebut https://t.co/CN9sXTevT3

Pillman is too big of a name to be part of the jobber squad on Dark, so I’m expecting a competitive match. Spears is an interesting selection of opponent. Or more like, Tully Blanchard being ringside is interesting. While Tully was never in the Four Horsemen at the same time as Brian Pillman Sr., he may have his eye on tutoring a Horsemen kin.
Too bad Spears’ search for a tag partner has ended. Teaming with Pillman would give both of them a quick way to stand out at the moment. As singles competitors, both risk being lost in the pack for the time being.
Pillman had been honing his craft in MLW alongside Teddy Hart (before Teddy was released) and Davey Boy Smith Jr. in the Hart Foundation. He has steadily progressed over the past year. Pillman is still a work in progress, but his ceiling is high.
Pillman may still be under contract with MLW, but their older agreements allowed leeway as long as MLW gets first priority on dates. With MLW going the safe route of not putting on any shows during the coronavirus pandemic, the contract situation may not matter for quite a while, if ever.
Pillman has been working on a “Bulletproof” character tweak recently.
