Results

GCW Homecoming Night 2 (July 26)

  1. Lee Moriarty over Tony Deppen
  2. Second Gear Crew (EFFY, Mance Warner, Matthew Justice, & Steve Manders) over Benjamin Carter, Facade, Logan Stunt, & Pinkie Sanchez
  3. ACH over KTB
  4. Alex Colon over Zachary Wentz (Deathmatch)
  5. Blake Christian over Alex Zayne, Jimmy Lloyd, Jordan Oliver, Myron Reed, and Tre LaMar (Scramble Match)
  6. Chris Dickinson over Calvin Tankman
  7. Joey Janela over Lio Rush
  8. AJ Gray, Alex Colon, Nick Gage, & SHLAK over 44OH! (Atticus Cogar, Eddy Only, Eric Ryan, Gregory Iron, & Rickey Shane Page

Hey, look at that, results! I felt the need to bring you these (for the third show of the GCW/Beyond/GCW tripleheader that took place over the weekend) primarily because yes, Lio Rush is back! And, sadly... Lio Rush appears to be done wrestling for good now. I mean, you know wrestlers, I won’t accept it until he’s completely unable, but Lio’s got plenty of other business to keep him busy, so I think it’ll stick for a minute.

And in any case, a match for GCW against his best and most notable opponent? That’s a hell of a way to call it a day.

Check the replay out on FITE, friends.

As always...

Remember folks, no matter what type of wrestling you like, no matter how down you feel about the state of WWE, Impact, ROH, or any other “big-time” pro wrestling, there’s something out there for you. There’s a pro wrestling product that can hit you in the right spot and make you love wrestling like you thought you’d never be able to love it again. It’s there, I promise. You just gotta reach out and find it, and that, my friends, is what the Sermon on the Mat is all about.
