New Japan Pro Wrestling New Japan Cup Final results: Okada vs. EVIL, Wato vs. DOUKI, and more!

New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) are back again and fans have finally returned to the arenas! This weekend’s shows will set the tone for reduced-capacity NJPW shows going forward and hopefully give us some direction for the next couple months in this time of uncertainty. Like all of New Japan’s other major events, the show will be broadcast worldwide on New Japan's streaming service, NJPW World.

Today’s action takes place in Osaka's Osaka-Jo Hall, kicking off at a ripe 4AM Eastern / 1AM Pacific, and features the finals of this year’s New Japan Cup as Kazuchika Okada clashes with EVIL for the right to challenge Tetsuya Naito for both of his titles on Sunday.

Plus Master Wato returns from excursion to fight DOUKI, and a heaping helping of tag matches besides!

Bullet Club come down and give EVIL a Los Ingobernables hat and he stomps it! They all circle Naito’s fallen body and put boots to him only to disperse when Hiromu Takahashi makes the save! EVIL throws up the Too Sweet for the camera.
