Replacement named for Sammy Guevara in match against Matt Hardy on Dynamite

After Sammy Guevara was suspended indefinitely by AEW, that meant his match with Matt Hardy for Dynamite had to be altered. In to replace Sammy is his Inner Circle compadre, Santana.

Santana will wrestle Hardy, but the question is which version: Broken Matt, Unkillable Matt, or Old School Matt. AEW is asking the fans.

Hardy is rolling with whichever option wins.

Hardy is clearly versatile enough to act as any of the options at the drop of a dime. Here’s a refresher of each version.

Whichever Hardy shows up, Santana is unfazed. He plans on wrecking all the little crazies in Hardy’s head.

This is a smart substitution by AEW. Santana should still have beef with Hardy for locking him in a freezer during the Stadium Stampede at Double or Nothing. It could also be used to set up a potential tag team feud between Santana & Ortiz and Private Party now that Hardy is mentoring Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen.
