Cody Rhodes defeated Marq Quen in the main event of tonight’s (June 10) Dynamite, successfully retaining his TNT championship.
After the match, Jake Hager stormed the ring and put his hands on Arn Anderson. This incited some fisticuffs between Cody and Hager.
The Hardy Party (Matt Hardy & Private Party) showed up to assist Cody, launching steel chairs at Hager’s face. This prompted a run-in from the non-Jericho members of the Inner Circle, and the scene turned into a wild 4 vs. 4 melee.
Cody and Hager then set up a TNT championship match for Fyter Fest, on July 1 or July 8.

Considering that Hager’s last championship match in AEW wasn’t so hot, I’m guessing this won’t be The Greatest TNT Championship Match Ever.
