Another match is booked for Double or Nothing

If there’s one glaring attraction that’s been sorely lacking from this Saturday’s (May 23) AEW pay-per-view event, Double or Nothing, it’s a Shawn Spears match. At least that’s the sentiment that Shawn Spears expressed when he debuted a new segment on Dynamite tonight (May 20) called “Shawn Spears News.”

Spears delivered the breaking news that Dustin Rhodes retired, and then he challenged Rhodes to a match at Double or Nothing. It was immediately made official for the pay-per-view without a response from Rhodes, so there you go.

At least I can rest easy at night now that I don’t have to worry about whether or not Double or Nothing will include a Shawn Spears match.
