The main event of Dynamite tonight (May 20) was a singles match pitting Matt Hardy against Sammy Guevara. Hardy picked up the win, but that was just the beginning of the action.
As soon as the match was over, Chris Jericho and the Inner Circle appeared on the big screen, holding Kenny Omega hostage around a field goal post at TIAA Bank Field, the home field of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jericho smashed Omega in the gut with Floyd, his baseball bat. They were looking to take Omega out before this Saturday’s (May 23) Stadium Stampede match between The Elite and the Inner Circle at Double or Nothing.
That’s when the Young Bucks finally returned to AEW and made the save for Omega, with stereo dives right onto the football field.
The Young Bucks came back to Dynamite just in time!

All hell broke loose, and the Inner Circle finally lost the numbers advantage when Hangman Page executed a 100 yard dash in cowboy boots and joined the fray.

Page and the Bucks haven’t been on Dynamite in roughly two months, so there was some uncertainty as to how the big match would play out on Saturday. But their dramatic return here means that The Elite will be at full strength for the 5-on-5 team match on the football field at Double or Nothing.
