To ease your quarantine sorrows, ROH has been posting classic matches daily on their YouTube channel as part of a Month of Honor gimmick. The talent involved are top names, such as CM Punk, Raven, Great Muta, Kenny Omega, Young Bucks, Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Adam Cole. Let’s run down some of the more notable offerings.
We’ll start with a wild dog collar match between CM Punk and Raven (here) at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2003.
Given the limitations of a dog collar stipulation, it is one of the more enjoyable versions that I’ve seen. Punk was opened up early with blood as Raven pummeled him from pillar to post. Punk got back in the game with a reverse Irish whip into a table. It was then Punk’s turn to beat Raven up around the arena. The match escalated from there. The finish broke down with a spot from Colt Cabana and Sandman. I won’t spoil the end, so I’ll just say that it is something ECW fans will enjoy.

ROH is out of fresh footage for their ROH Wrestling TV show due to the cancellation of events from the coronavirus pandemic, so they transitioned into spotlighting superstar talent.
The first one featured the Briscoes with a grudge match against Kevin Steen & El Generico from 2007 and a singles bout between Mark and Jay from 2013. Fans of Dem Boys should enjoy this episode. It is available for free on Fite TV (here).
There were also interviews with the Briscoes about their childhood. One humorous story was Jay explaining how he broke Mark’s nose with a chair. Their dad saw what happened then shouted for Mark to break Jay’s nose.
