Welcome back to the Sermon on the Mat, your weekly one-stop shop for news from the wider world of wrestling beyond the big cable TV monoliths that get all the coverage.
We’re on week two of indie wrestling being ground to a halt and folks, sorry to say but there’s not so much as one single no-fans show on my radar this week, things have gotten that bad.
But I’ve still got an armload of freebies off YouTube, so at least we can give you something to watch to pass the time!
And while I’m not going to list them out, I want to shout IWTV out, because they’re streaming a constant series of shows that aren’t live, but are new to the service, to make sure subscribers have something to watch.

Highspots have been running their Twitch channel as a 24/7 stream full of goodies for a minute now, and as I write this they’re broadcasting last year’s WrestleCon vs. the World show, so you know they’re not holding the good stuff back!

NJPW New Beginning in USA Night 1
Sakura Genesis may have been canceled, but New Japan have committed to releasing the entire New Beginning in USA tour on YouTube, free for everybody! This one is headlined by an atomicos between Bullet Club and a babyface team of FinJuice, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Rocky Romero, check it out!
AAW Windy City Classic XI
AAW have continued uploading full shows, and this one’s a beauty, friends. Ciampa vs. Fenix? We got that. Hooligans vs. OI4K? Oh baby, gimme that barfight violence! Pentagon, Jr. vs. Chris by god Hero?! Oh hell yeah, it’s here. Enjoy!
