Ridge Holland stretchered out with leg injury

Ridge Holland was booked for a segment to make him look like a major badass that ended very poorly for the big man.

Holland defeated Danny Burch in a match briefly before brawling with Burch’s partner Oney Lorcan. During that brawl, Lorcan jumped over the top rope onto Holland, who soon dropped and clutched his left leg.

Here is a screen shot from Twitter that does not look pretty.

Lorcan continued the brawl, likely not realizing the injury, and the officials immediately pushed him off. They went to commercial after this but when they were back, the medical team was loading the former Rugby player on a stretcher with a brace/air cast on his left leg.

This was clearly not a work. This segment was clearly meant to put over Holland big time as he works an angle with Adam Cole. They had big plans for this and this unfortunately could really halt those.

Since this show is live, there is no more information just yet, but we’ll keep you updated as we do.

Here’s to hoping the injury isn’t as bad as it seems.
