Ember Moon returns to NXT

There are plenty of new names gunning for Io Shirai’s championship.

After Io retained her NXT Women’s title against Candice LeRae, Toni Storm popped up on the screen to let Shirai know she was coming to NXT. But that isn’t the only woman the champ will have to worry about.

After a couple weeks of teaser videos of a mystery individual on a motorcycle, that person drove up and walked in. They removed their helmet to reveal former NXT Women’s champion Ember Moon.

Ember was last on the main roster before an Achilles injury put her on the shelf for a long time.

Now she returns to NXT to bolster a women’s division that’s already very stacked. Nowadays, it doesn’t matter much compared to the main roster in regards to schedule, but when things eventually get back to normal hopefully next year, Ember won’t have work such a grueling house show schedule having recovered from an injury she considered possibly “career ending.”

Excited to have Ember back on the black and gold?
