The “war” between AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT has been under a white flag for the past couple weeks. All Elite took Christmas off. NXT went with a clip show on New Year’s Day.
But next week, it’s back to business as usual when both shows are live on Weds., Jan. 8. The companies aren’t wasting any more time giving fans reasons to look forward to their show, either.
NXT General Manager William Regal’s announced a Fatal 4Way which will determine who gets the next shot at Roderick Strong’s North American title. It features the red hot Keith Lee, his frequent rival Dominik Dijakovic, a man he faced in tag action on the Dec. 25 episode in Damian Priest, and Breakout Tournament runner-up Cameron Grimes.

Over on TNT, they already had several things lined up for Dynamite. A Women’s title match between Riho & Kris Statlander. Jon Moxley’s answer for his “friend and mentor” Chris Jericho about co-leading The Inner Circle. Sammy Guevara vs. Christopher Daniels.
Now, in addition to that, we’ll see Pentagon & Fenix face off against a pair of wrestling brothers. And it’s not The Young Bucks this time!
