Last Friday, Ring of Honor’s Marty Scurll showed up at NWA’s Hard Times PPV to further his beef with Nick Aldis.
Monday night (Jan. 27), Scurll dropped in on another ROH partner promotion and set a big match for his company’s WrestleMania weekend event.
At New Japan’s New Beginning USA show in Durham, North Carolina, the Villain challenged the first NJPW talent announced for Supercard of Honor... former IWGP Heavyweight & Intercontinental champ Switchblade Jay White.

Marty’s been busy since news broke he re-signed with Ring of Honor and joined the booking team in the process. One aspect of his new deal was reportedly to build relationships with other companies, and we’ve seen clear signs he’s doing that with NWA and New Japan.
Could AEW be next?
