AEW Dynamite spoilers for Jan. 22, 2020

AEW’s YouTube channel

There will be other segments that were filmed in Miami last Wednesday, but All Elite filmed the big matches for this week’s episode of Dynamite on Chris Jericho’s cruise yesterday (Tues., Jan. 21). And since the boat is loaded with wrestling fans, bloggers, podcasters and reporters, there was no way they were keeping those match results a secret.

We'll have our usual live blog when Dynamite airs at 8 p.m. Eastern tonight, which will feature Rev. Claire Elizabeth’s unmatched play-by-play and details on bouts, interviews & scenes not shown on the U.S.S. Bubbly.

But here’s the details on the big news...

- Kenny Omega & Hangman Page def. SCU to win the Tag Team championship. This is the first title change in company history.

- Britt Baker def. Priscilla Kelly via submission. Baker yelled at Tony Schiavone after the match.

- The Inner Circle def. Jurassic Express

- Maxewell Jacob Friedman def. Joey Janela.

- Reports vary on whether Cody Rhodes & The Young Bucks came out after MJF’s win or if they had a separate promo segment that MJF interrupted. Either way, the result was Friedman flaunting the stipulation that Cody can’t touch him before Revolution and Matt & Nick laying him out with superkicks.

- Jon Moxley def. PAC to become the #1 contender to the World title; Jericho was out for a staredown to end the taping.

Join us in the live blog tonight to see how this all looks after post-production, and to see what else AEW has in store for us!
