During their All Out event last Saturday night (Aug. 31), All Elite Wrestling announced their next pay-per-view (PPV). Riffing off Hangman Page’s “Full Gear Challenge” as he trained to get in shape for Double Or Nothing on Being The Elite, the show will be called Full Gear. It’’s happening Sat., Nov. 9 in Baltimore.

We’re obviously a couple of months, and six episodes of AEW’s TNT series, away from the show, so any guesses about the card are speculation at this point.
But we’re not above speculating, and just from looking at All Out and the days before & after the show in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, several potential matches jump out at you:
- Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley still need to have their match, and even if the aborted All Out showdown happens on television, it could merit a PPV rematch.
- Speaking of things which were supposed to happen on other shows, PAC heckled Page at the press conference after Hangman lost the main event last Saturday night.
- The man who won that bout and the AEW World title, Chris Jericho, took a shot at Cody Rhodes on Twitter after All Out. An issue between Jericho and the Executive Vice-President has been brewing all summer, with Y2J demanding a “thank you” and even attacking AEW producer Michael Cuellari on an episode of the YouTube series The Road To Double Or Nothing.
- After Santana & Ortiz (fka LAX) attacked The Young Bucks on Saturday night in their AEW debut, Matt & Nick Jackson will definitely try to deal with Los Boricuas before Full Gear. There’s also the matter of the AEW Tag title tournament, which will crown a champion on Oct. 30 in Charleston, West Virginia. But Bucks vs. LAX sounds like a PPV worthy match to me.
- All Elite will have a Women’s champ by then, too!
Who’s Full Gear ready?
