Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week’s nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - New Japan’s Destruction in Kobe, the Sept. 23 episode of Monday Night Raw, SmackDown & 205 Live on Tues, Sept. 24, NXT UK & NXT from Wednesday, this week’s Impact, ROH TV & MLW Fusion shows, Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view (PPV), and any other televised or internet streaming wrestling that aired from Sept. 22 - 28, 2019.
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
I’d try to get more people to use this than the Cody wink GIF, but I’d also scream like Seth Rollins when The Fiend around if it starts popping up everywhere.
- Anyway, YOWIE WOWIE. The Fiend put a hurtin’ on everyone who placed last week... especially that guy who finished tenth.
- The black and gold brand’s live debut was well received, as the winners of matches that opened and closed the hour which ran on USA both finished in the top five.
- Boss met Man, it was very good, and also just set up for another meeting in a Cell.
- A new King was crowned, and the guy who smashed his crown finished a few spots behind him in the Standings.
- Several people returned to WWE during the week in question, but only one helped his partner beat Roman Reigns.

Last week before all hell breaks loose, and I don’t mean next Sunday’s WWE PPV!
It’s the last week where you’ll only have to consider All Elite’s YouTube shows. Raw and SmackDown are still on their old seasons, and only one hour of NXT was on cable. Oh hey, don’t forget about New Japan, MLW, and the indies (where you should let Sermon on the Mat be your guide). And there’s also ROH, and Impact, and...
But you know what you watched. Now just tell us who you liked!
