Jake The Snake deals in new members of the AEW Women’s roster

Teal Piper, Ivelisse & Jazz will compete for a shot at becoming the first All Elite Women’s champ at All Out.

Episode of 4 of The Road to All Out is here (embedded above), and after Alex Marvez catches us up on what happened with Team All Elite at AAA Triplemania last weekend, the entire video is dedicated to the women’s division.

Chief Brand Officer Brandi Rhodes reveals that the Casino Battle Royale will return at the Aug. 31 pay-per-view (PPV). The one on All Out’s Buy In pre-show will determine one of the wrestlers who will compete to become the first AEW Women’s champion at the debut of their TNT show in Washington, D.C. After teasing some possible winners (Nyla Rose, Britt Baker, Yuka Sakazaki, Allie, Brandi herself), Rhodes points out the All Elite roster doesn’t currently have 21 women to fill the match.

That leads into an introduction to Roddy Piper’s daughter Teal, who’s in the match at All Out. Piper gets her card from a chain-smoking Jake “The Snake” Roberts, who also deals in former Lucha Underground star Ivelisse and recent NWA Women’s champ (and ECW & WWE legend) Jazz.

After that, we get a profile on Rose, who discusses her transition and puts over how welcoming the wrestling business has been to her.

Here’s an updated look at the card for Chicagoland at the end of the month:

- Chris Jericho vs. Hangman Page for the AEW World title

- Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega

- Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Beretta) vs. The Dark Order (Evil Uno & Stu Grayson) for a first round bye in the AEW Tag Team championship tournament

- Lucha Bros vs. Young Bucks in a ladder match for the AAA Tag titles

- Cody Rhodes vs. Shawn Spears

- Darby Allin vs. Joey Janela vs. Jimmy Havoc

- Casino Battle Royale to determine a challenger for the new AEW Women’s World championship, featuring Allie, Britt Baker, Brandi Rhodes, Nyla Rose, Yuka Sakazaki, Ivelisse, Jazz, and Teal Piper (The Buy-In)
