Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - the April 29 episode of Monday Night Raw, SmackDown & 205 Live on Tues, April 30, NXT UK & NXT and Beyond’s Uncharted Territory from Wednesday, this week’s Impact, ROH TV & MLW Fusion, New Japan’s Wrestling Dontaku shows, and any other televised or internet streaming wrestling that aired from April 28 - May 4, 2019.
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
It was fun while it lasted, right?

- But it’s over, and you loved that, too. So much so that the man he attacked didn’t make the Standings for the first time this year.
- That WWE champ didn’t finish in the top 10, but a couple others came right behind Big O. You’re also down for a trip to the Firefly Fun House, and you’re ready to see the new #1 contender to the Universal champ face the Architect/Beastslayer/Pyro Dude.
- The Hugster’s not turning, but she’s showing some backbone, and joined the champ champ in the middle of last week’s S3.
- Finishing back to back in the Standings isn’t exactly fantasy booking, but I’m down for the Intercontinental and NXT titleholders facing off whenever WWE wants to make that happen.
- The both don’t like us right now, but we’ll always like Sami, and admire how high the Swiss Superman sets the bar.

WWE didn’t have a great week, and NJPW ran one of their premiere events. Will it end up reflected in your Standings? Think back to Raw, NXT, SmackDown, New Japan, MLW, and/or the whatever independents you watched (or that Rev. Claire’s Sermon on the Mat pointed you to). Then give us the names of the folks who you’re still thinking about below.
We’ll take it from there.
