Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Speculation has Brock Lesnar signing another big deal with WWE, and that being why he is done with MMA.
  • PW Insider says Michael James Nelson, from Off Their Rockers, and Andrea Kail, from Comedy Knockouts, have been hired on to WWE’s creative team.
  • Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Lio Rush has voiced that he’s not being used correctly, that he should be a babyface, and a bigger star, and he’s been taken off TV.
  • Following up on that, PW Insider notes that Rush is likely being sent down to NXT.
  • Joey Ryan announced he’s going on a Farewell to the Indies tour and the speculation is AEW is his destination.
