Welcome back to the Sermon on the Mat, your weekly one-stop shop for news from the wider world of wrestling beyond the big cable TV monoliths that get all the coverage.

But as we saw with Nick Gage last year, deathmatch guys can grapple! Plus Barnett brings his fair share of MMA crossover talent, with Frank “handed Brock Lesnar his first MMA defeat” Mir and Phil Baroni joining the fun!
