Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - WWE’s Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV), the Mar. 11 episode of Monday Night Raw, SmackDown & 205 Live on Tues, Mar. 12, NXT UK & NXT from Wednesday, this week’s Impact, ROH TV & MLW Fusion, Ring of Honor’s 17th Anniversary & NJPW’s New Japan Cup shows, Evolve 123 & 124, AAA’s Rey de Reyes, and any other televised or internet streaming wrestling that aired from Mar. 10 - 16, 2019.
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
- Took most of the year, but Joe finally won a week. Sadly it was at the expense of John Cena’s biggest fan (who still came in sixth).
- Being granted Kofi Kingston’s spot didn’t slow KO’s babyface momentum, and getting the band back together kept all three Hounds of Justice in the top ten mix.
- Twas a good week for reunions, as the Do It Yourself-ers advanced in the Dusty and picked up a bunch of your votes.
- Rowdy turned heel and continued her rogue run. The Man was bloodied but unbowed.

Last week started with Fastlane, and stayed on the fastlane with non-stop shows from Raw, Smackdown, NXT, ROH, MLW, New Japan, Evolve, AAA... probably some other stuff on the indies we missed, which is why we call Sermon on the Mat the GPS of professional wrestling (okay, we’ve never called it that before, but we’re gonna start now).
However you navigated the last seven days of graps, support the wrestlers and performers who impressed you the most with clicks and comments. We’ll take it from there and see you back here next Sunday, one more stop closer to WrestleMania and the end of our year.
