Marty Scurll debuts on NWA Powerrr

Marty Scurll showed up at NWA’s Into The Fire event just days ago, a surprise move considering he just worked what was expected to be his final show with Ring of Honor and all indications have been he’ll be going to All Elite Wrestling to join his buddies in The Elite. He’s stopped off here first, though, and now he’s made his debut on NWA Powerrr for a couple interviews.

In the second interview, he talks about simply wanting to stand out and “keep the people guessing.” He also said that participating in the 10 Pounds of Gold series reignited his love and passion for professional wrestling, what with how traditional the company is in its approach.

This was his first opportunity to do something else, so he chose NWA.

He never quite commits to anything but does say he’s never been world heavyweight champion and what better place to become that for the first time than right here?

Stay tuned.
