  4. Lady Frost vs. Leyla Hirsch
  5. Anthony Greene, Ava Everett, & Josh Briggs) vs. Team Pazuzuhausen (Chris Dickinson, Danhausen, & Pinkie Sanchez)
  6. Alex Reynolds & VSK vs. Bear Country (Bear Beefcake & Bear Bronson) vs. Mike Verna & Rex Lawless vs. Milk Chocolate (Brandon Watts & Randy Summers)
  7. Christian Casanova vs. John Silver

Beyond are back with your weekly Thursday night proof that the indies are alive and well from Worcester, Massachusetts, and I gotta admit, folks-- nothing on this week’s card jumps out at me as an immediate “holy hell you gotta see this”, but I have faith in Beyond to deliver a damn good show week in, week out, and I suspect tonight will be no different.

Get your tickets here or check it out live on IWTV, folks.

Chikara Tug of War (Nov. 9, 3PM Eastern)

  1. “Lightning” Mike Quackenbush vs. Thomas Santell
  2. Icarus vs. Thief Ant

  7. Hallowicked vs. Missile Assault Man
  8. Bird and the Bee (Solo Darling & Willow Nightingale) vs. Team FIST (Tony Deppen & Travis Huckabee) (c) (Chikara Campeonato de Parejas)
  9. Dasher Hatfield (c) vs. the Whisper (Chikara Grand Championship)

Well, it’s a little early, folks, but all good things must come to an end and so too with Chikara’s twentieth season as it comes to a close in their home base of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this weekend. Quack’s 25th anniversary tour rolls on against the Ovaltine Dream, an Oceanea-less Creatures look to overcome the Crucible, Solo Darling gets a chance at a measure of revenge on Travis Huckabee in tag title action, and Dasher Hatfield defends against the Whisper knowing that Ophidian is breathing right down his neck with three points of his own!

Get your tickets here or check it out on Chikaratopia and IWTV, folks.

RPW New Beginnings (Nov. 9, 7PM GMT)

  1. Brady Phillips vs. Dan Moloney
  2. Carlos Romo vs. Ricky Knight, Jr.

  4. Kyle Fletcher vs. Shota Umino
  5. Dan Magee & Kurtis Chapman vs. the Legion (Great-o-Kharn & Rampage Brown) (c) (RPW British Tag Team Championship)

RevPro are back in Sheffield, England this weekend for a big-time double header. We’re focusing on New Beginnings because it’s the one that’s got a complete card, and right leaping out at my face in huge block letters here is Fletcher vs. Umino, a cracking stop on the ol’ excursion tour if there ever was one, eh?!

Plus there’s an afternoon show as Chantal Jordan, Debbie Keitel, Jayde, Lana Austin, Lizzy Evo, Maddison Miles, Saraya Knight, and Shax compete in a single-elimination tournament to crown a 2019 Queen of the Ring!

Get your tickets here or check ‘em out when they hit RPW On Demand, folks.

Shine 62 (Nov. 9, 3PM Eastern)

  1. Madi Maxx vs. Savannah Evans
  2. Tina San Antonio vs. Vanity
  3. Candy Cartwright vs. Notorious Nadi

Shine are back for another double header with Evolve in New York City this weekend (for more on Evolve, you can read my preview when it drops, of course), and a rather atypical main event looms large over this one folks. All Shine champs will be defending in one trios match, with the winning team taking all! It’s a smidge predictable, what with Shotzi on her way to NXT and all, but hell, it should be good friendly violent fun all the same!

Get your tickets here or check it out live on Club WWN, folks.

wXw Broken Rules XIX (Nov. 9)

  1. Little Miss Roxxy vs. Skye Smitson

wXw are back in Bielefeld, Germany for this year’s edition of Broken Rules and the big boy here has to be Starr and Dragunov in a rematch of their World Tag Team Festival match from last month. Plus we got feuds boiling over, Andy gunning for the Avalanche’s Shotgun Championship, and more!

Tickets are sold out but you can catch this bad boy on wXwNOW! as always.

As always...

Remember folks, no matter what type of wrestling you like, no matter how down you feel about the state of WWE, Impact, ROH, or any other “big-time” pro wrestling, there’s something out there for you. There’s a pro wrestling product that can hit you in the right spot and make you love wrestling like you thought you’d never be able to love it again. It’s there, I promise. You just gotta reach out and find it, and that, my friends, is what the Sermon on the Mat is all about.
