The Rock did indeed keep the promise he made to show up at UFC 244 with the “BMF” championship, and he did so like only “The Great One” can. The crowd absolutely loved him, as he was given his full pro wrestling entrance, title over his shoulder:

Unfortunately, the big fight ended in anticlimactic fashion, as Jorge Masvidal was awarded the victory over Nate Diaz via doctor stoppage after the third round thanks to a cut over the latter’s eye. Still, Rock did what he came to do, as he said he would:
