One of the ways All Elite Wrestling has attempted to distinguish itself from every other promotion is a win/loss record for its wrestlers. This works out really well when determining rankings and title shots and what not, but what happens when wrestlers have worked enough matches to rack up a record that, in and of itself, wouldn’t tell you much?
Nick Jackson provided some clarity on that today:

In professional sports, they have seasons, and it sounds like this will be something similar to that. Put simply, it’s the easiest way to create compelling stories centered around win/loss records without losing all context.
There are still questions regarding when records will reset, but at least now we know they will.
UPDATE: Nick also had some info on “when?”
Looking like Jan.
