The Elite sign their AEW contracts

It’s almost strange to think that it wasn’t all that long ago that we were first getting news that All Elite Wrestling (AEW) was opening for business but The Young Bucks had yet to sign a contract. That was a formality, of course, and they made sure to film themselves doing just that so they could release it on Being The Elite, which they’ve done on episode 133.

Marty Scurll and Kenny Omega blow things out with the New Year’s Party, which the rest of The Elite crashes, making clear this is the last time they’ll all be together for quite some time. Scurll won’t be going with his friends because he’s still signed to Ring of Honor.

As for Omega, he lost his phone just outside the Tokyo Dome, and his timer is still ticking down. He’s done with New Japan Pro Wrestling, it seems, and is rumored to either join the rest of the crew in AEW or head over to WWE.

As always, we’ll have to stay tuned to find out.
