Our seventeenth day of action takes place in Tokyo’s legendary Nippon Budokan (the first wrestling show in the venue since Kenta Kobashi’s retirement show five years ago!), kicking off at a brisk 5:30AM Eastern / 2:30AM Pacific, and it's the final night of block action for A Block, so the man who ends tonight with the most points will move onto Sunday’s finals, with tiebreakers decided by previous victories.
Chaos (SHO & Tomohiro Ishii) over Shota Umino & Toa Henare.
Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) over Chaos (Gedo & Toru Yano).
Chaos (Hirooki Goto & YOH) over David Finlay & Juice Robinso.
Los Ingobernables de Japon (SANADA & Tetsuya Naito) over Suzuki-gun (TAKA Michinoku & Zack Sabre, Jr.) by submission with Skull End from SANADA on Michinoku.
Bullet Club (Chase Owens & Marty Scurll) & Kota Ibushi vs. the Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, & Nick Jackson) went to a no-contest when Guerrillas of Destiny ran in and attacked everyone.
Togi Makabe over Michael Elgin by pinfall with the King Kong Knee Drop.
YOSHI-HASHI over Hangman Page by pinfall with Karma.
Minoru Suzuki over Bad Luck Fale by disqualification when Tama Tonga runs in and hits a Gun Stun.
EVIL over “Switchblade” Jay White by pinfall with EVIL.
Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Kazuchika Okada went to a time-limit draw, and so Tanahashi advances to Sunday’s finals.
Enjoy the show!
