UFC 225 will take place this Sat., June 9, 2018, at United Center in Chicago, and feature CM Punk is his second-ever mixed martial arts (MMA) bout - a welterweight fight against Mike Jackson. Fresh off his court victory over WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann, Punk will work early on the pay-per-view (PPV) portion of the card against Jackson, who’s also 0 - 1 in pro career, with both men having lost to Mickey Gall in 2016.
Before the fighters can step inside the cage to throw hands, they have to step on a scale to make weight. Above is the video for the ceremonial version of the weigh-ins, scheduled to go live at 7 p.m. ET. * Romero missed weight in two attempts, and this scheduled middleweight title fight is up in the air. It may still happen, but the belt will not be on the line.
** Fighters are given a 1 lb. allowance in non-title fights.
