Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - the May 28 episode of Monday Night Raw, Tuesday's SmackDown & 205 Live, NXT & ROH TV from Wednesday, Thursday's Impact Wrestling, New Japan’s Best of the Super Juniors shows, and any other internet streaming wrestling that aired from May 27 - June 2, 2018.
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
Last week’s S3 could have been a preview of this...
...if it wasn’t for that damn Authority me screwing up the poll.
- Been a while since I botched one that bad, but leaving out the guy who beat the U.S. Champ to a pre-MitB qualifier was pretty bad.
- Still, the margin of victory for the guy who got those hands and not only lived to tell but very nearly pulled off a clean win over the Monster Among Men in fifth (and the total for the the more popular half of the mini-Shield reunion from the week in question) was big enough that poll points probably wouldn’t have put The Beard in first.
- But we’ll never know. Damn you
Triple Hmy incompetence! - Annnnyway... DB did good, as did one half of the future Mr. & Mrs. Money in the Bank.
- Counting to ten put Shin in sixth.
- Big Wednesday wins put The Loquacious Leviathan and The First Lady in The Standings.
- And check out the new Progress Women’s Champ getting her first points of the year!

The usual bevy of wrestling goodness to consider - we’ve covered Raw, Smackdown, NXT, Impact, New Japan, and several of the indies for you. Our man Kyle Decker puts together a Weekly Viewing Guide to help you remember the big stuff that qualified.
However you jog your memory, do it! And hopefully we didn’t leave any folks who did big things on television off the dang poll this time...
