WWE.com

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • The WrestleVotes Twitter has made mention that WWE is trying to make both the Barclays and Manhattan Center venues equal as far as the quality of the shows for Raw 25. The legends will likely be at the Manhattan venue and the surprises at the Barclays.
  • Chris Jericho is booked for a tour date with his band the night of the Royal Rumble, so it looks like there’s no chance of him working that show.
  • Dolph Ziggler is expected to return either at Royal Rumble or the SmackDown episode days later.
  • The Observer notes the Jan. 19 NXT event in Jacksonville has been cancelled but it’s not due to ticket sales.
  • Kenny King recently mentioned he talked with WWE about an NXT deal in 2016 but he’s not expected to go there at any point now.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
