Nia Jax walked the runway for NY Fashion Week on Friday, will probably Samoan Drop someone for WWE tonight

As her theme song indicates - and most articles on her remind us - Nia Jax is not like most girls.

It’s not just that the woman who will be competing to win her first Raw Women’s championship at No Mercy on Sept. 24 is a powerhouse in the ring, or that she’s a model and body positive role model for plus size women.

It’s that she’s both.

So while it’s awesome that she leg-dropped her way into a pay-per-view (PPV) title match last Monday, it’s also awesome she hit the runway for New York Fashion Week Friday night. Nia worked it while representing for lifestyle brand Dia and Co. at CurvyCon, an event dedicated to the plus-size fashion community within the larger Fashion Week event.

Tonight, after flying cross country, Nia’ll be kicking ass again in Anaheim for WWE.

No wonder a pretty famous cousin of hers is pretty proud of her...
