One last time...
- When most of the voting went down, we didn’t even know she was injured - let alone that she would vacate the belt she’s held for over 500 days. But her match with a woman who’s been her toughest challenge impressed at TakeOver.
- So did Johnny Wrestling’s work in the opener, and the debut of a Panama City guy... but surprisingly, those were the only folks who consolidated enough support to chart from Brooklyn III.
- From Raw, the Hounds of Justice continued to impress on their two separate paths. But not as much as someone did for winning a #1 contenders match in her hometown.
- The finals of G1 Climax represented for a strong edition of the tournament (which certainly showed up more often here in our WWE-focused corner of the world than in past years).
