The second half of the third season of El Rey Network’s grindhouse pro wrestling mash-up Lucha Undergound continues tonight (June 14).

Dario’s latest promotional innovation will be a major focus of the 22nd episode of the season “The Cup Begins”. Here’s what the network tells us is on tap:
- Johnny Mundo and Rey Mysterio begin their training to take on the Cueto Cup
- Cage pays a visit to City Councilman Lawrence Delgado
- Pentagon Dark is back, taking on Argenis
- What is Famous B up to now?
Much of the story, at least for the next several weeks, would seem to be focused on El Jefe’s tournament. In addition to the above bullet points, this full bracket of match-ups reveals that stories like Drago turning his back on Aerostar to join Kobra Moon’s Snake Tribe will be folded into at least the first round of the tourney:
