Matt Morgan says he’s returning to televised wrestling

In one of his regular podcast appearances for Wrestling Inc., former WWE and TNA wrestler Matt Morgan let this little tidbit drop:

I’m making my return to weekly broadcast television wrestling for a specific company – I’m not going to name names now – [but it will be] very, very soon.

When asked how soon is soon, the two-time TNA tag champ replied, “in the next four weeks”.

The logical guess is this means a return to Impact, who will later this week tape the shows which will air on Thursdays for most of March. With new management coming in and big names like Drew Galloway and Matt & Jeff Hardy leaving, it’s not terribly surprising Jeff Jarrett would turn to a name he trusts like Morgan.

Will “The Blueprint” be showing up on Pop TV soon, or is my guess off? If it is TNA (or whatever we’re calling it by the time he shows up) will Morgan be alone, or will other rumored names from the past like Magnus be joining him?

We’ll find out in the next month.
