WWE.com

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • ‘Mania’s around the corner, so... Undertaker is supposed to be on the Raw 25th Anniversary show, and a site called WrestlingNews.co says they have WWE sources telling them it will either be to wrestle or to set up one more match.
  • It’s likely WWE is exaggerating the amount of time Dean Ambrose will be out following triceps surgery.
  • WWE’s plan to turn June 17’s Money in the Bank into a ‘Big 5’ PPV includes holding Raw and SmackDown in Chicago on June 18 - 19 in addition to a NXT TakeOver on Saturday the 16th.
  • Ethan Carter III recently applied to trademark that name, leading to speculation the former Derek Bateman might be looking to use it after he leaves Impact - possibly even for a return to WWE.
  • Jinder Mahal recently revealed he suffered a torn labrum in September. Wrestling Observer says it didn’t change how he was booked, but it did change his physique as he couldn’t do as much weight training.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
