Rumor Roundup (Nov. 7, 2017): Jericho, Paige, Jacobs, WWE PPV schedule, more!

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • WWE learned about Chris Jericho’s Wrestle Kingdom match against Kenny Omega when it was announced at Power Struggle, the same time as everyone else, per WrestleZone.
  • PWInsider says Paige could return during the WWE European tour, which would pretty much mean tonight’s SmackDown at this point.
  • Jimmy Jacobs will be working as an on-air talent and a producer for Impact.
  • WWE is scaling back on PPVs in 2018, according to Wrestling Observer, and likely will not run two per month very often like they did this year.
  • Killswitch Engage, whose “This Fire Burns” was used as CM Punk’s music for a time, said they’re working on a new theme for someone in WWE.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
