Jimmy Jacobs makes his Impact Wrestling debut at Bound For Glory 2017

Impact Wrestling

Turns out Sami Callihan wasn't the only new face Impact Wrestling had for us tonight at Bound For Glory!

Jimmy Jacobs came out to the stage after the Knockouts Championship three-way and headed to the announce position where Jeremy Borash and Josh Mathews asked him what he's doing at Impact, given that he doesn't work there. He scoffed and told them that's just what they think before he took his leave.

It remains to be seen what kind of a role the Zombie Princess will have at Impact going forward, and given some of the material Chris Jericho has attributed to him, any application of his creative talents will likely be a shot in the arm for Impact television, but this appearance is just one more way he's hit the ground running since his release from a position on the WWE creative team.

He appeared at WrestleCircus not long after his release to cut a promo in the ring and his first matches back on the indies are scheduled for next weekend, facing Callihan at CZW on November 11 and teaming with Sami, Michael Elgin, and AR Fox against Team Pazuzu (Angel Ortiz, Chris Dickinson, Jaka, & Mike Draztik) at Beyond on November 12.

There you have it, folks
