Looking to save a few bucks on a holiday gift for the sports entertainment fan in your life? Been meaning to fill out your collection of shoot interview DVDs, or stream that indie show with the one guy who does that move everybody’s talking about? Just need an excuse to buy an Eva Marie POP vinyl figure?
Well, Happy Consumerism Day!
Yep, you’re welcome, world. The United States has turned the day after our Thanksgiving into a shopping event. So if all that gratitude from yesterday didn’t fill the hole in your soul, today you can try to fill it with STUFF... and save a few bucks doing it!
Or, for a less cynical take... Black Friday (which now seems to start in early November and extend through “Cyber Monday” as everybody tries to keep get a leg up on the competition and stay ahead of Amazon and other online-only retailers) is here to give you an opportunity to make somebody’s day by making that perfect gift a little more affordable.
Whatever your motives, here are a few places you can get a discount on various & sundry pro graps goods right now:
WWE Shop has slashed prices up to 75% (but the deepest cuts are on weird crap like Superstar-themed sunglasses and the like, but there are sales on some decent shirts and other stuff, too) and is also offering an additional 25% off your entire order with the coupon code FRIDAY, and free domestic shipping on orders of $15 or more.
Ring of Honor has 25% off all Bullet Club merch on Friday, with all apparel discounted through Sunday. They’re also offering 35% off DVDs and free shipping on orders over $100 through Sunday (Nov. 26, 2017).
You can get cheap(er) Elite gear and more at YoungBucksMerch, where they’re offering 20% off everything until Tuesday (Nov. 28) when you use promo code BLACKFRIDAY.
Use Code BLACKFRIDAY at ProWrestlingTees for 20% everything on the site, and orders over $100 get an autographed photo from a WWE Legend or indie star (through Nov. 27 at 5PM ET). Sister site BarberShopWindow has the same deal with the same code for the same period of time - minus the 8x10.
It’s Black Friday all month long at Shop Impact (which still has “TNA” in their URL, because LOL) where they’re offering a 25% discount on all 2016 DVDs in addition to lots of other markdowns.
WWNLive has all DVDs and BluRays of their promotions’ shows - and all of PWG’s except for this year’s BOLA - for $10 each, and discounts of up to 50% off gear.
Lucha Underground’s shop has been offering a 30% discount with promo code PENTAGON since last Friday, and it continues until Monday (Nov. 27, 2017).
Proving shopping isn’t just an obssession of us Yanks, Progress Wrestling has markdowns up to 50% off on all kinds of shite.
Highspots is offering DVDs for 35% less than normal, and 25% off almost everything else (check the site for excluded items).
Spend $50 on DVD or streaming video at SmartMarkVideo and get 30% off your order.
We’ve surely missed some deals out there on the wild, wild web, so let us know in the comments about any we overlooked and...
Happy holiday purchasing!
