Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors for the Day:
- The 2017 WWE Hall of Fame class’ female representative, according to PWInsider, will be Beth Phoenix.
- Triple H was never planned for Raw, but his Tweet and quote to ESPN after the UK Championship Tournament were designed to raise interest for his eventual return to television.
- Scottish promotion ICW is said to be close to a deal to be included on WWE Network. PWInsider says the announcement should come soon, with details like whether shows will air live still being ironed out.
- The WWE UK Championship will likely be defended at ICW events, and possibly Britain’s Progress and Ireland’s OTT too, while Triple H & co. get a UK show set-up.
- Darren Young may have been injured at last night’s Main Event taping. His match against Epico was stopped after he appeared to hurt his arm on an apron bump.
