Yesterday, TNA teased a new Impact talent making their way over to the brand. It wasn’t too subtle that it was Cody Rhodes who was the subject of the promo. Tonight (Sept. 22, 2016) on Impact, it was revealed that it was in fact Cody.
He wasn’t on the show obviously. These shows were taped over a month ago. It wasn’t a backstage segment either. Instead, it was a video narrated by Rhodes saying he’d debut officially at the Bound for Glory pay-per-view (PPV).

No word on what he will do at the PPV. He may cut a promo as his introduction. However, if he works a match, there is a Bound for Gold battle royal to crown an eventual number one contender for the TNA title he’d be a good fit for.
Who’s excited for Rhodes’ TNA debut?
