As noted in the rumors today, Emma has been cleared to return to WWE for as many as six weeks, even if she hasn’t been used on television. That’s what she is claiming, at least:

It’s been reported she’s was backstage at Monday Night Raw this week, and we know she worked the house show run as a special guest referee in a six-woman tag team match. We can’t know if WWE is pushing her to use her lack of activity as fodder for an upcoming storyline or if she’s doing it of her own volition but either way it’s a good set up to bring her back into the fold.
Whenever that may be.
