In a move that both pushes NXT as a global brand and helps re-affirm Survivor Series reputation as one of WWE’s big four/five events, Triple H announced this morning that the Saturday night before the November pay-per-view (PPV) in Toronto, NXT will hold one of their live TakeOver shows in AirCanada Centre.

A simultaneously released story on WWE.com, provides more details - including that tickets for NXT’s show will go on sale Friday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m. ET. It’s not explictly stated this will be the next TakeOver after last month’s Brooklyn II show, but there are no other Wednesdays announced for Full Sail Live, the Florida venue where they film weekly episodes and, historically, many of the live shows, and three months is the usual interval for these specials.
While “card subject to change” and all that, the website story also promotes all the current NXT champions (Shinsuke Nakamura, Asuka and The Revival) as appearancing on the Saturday, Nov. 19 show.
We’ll keep our eyes on all that. In the meantime, congrats Canadian fans - you’re getting a TakeOver!
