WWE Clash of Champions 2016 match card, rumors

The next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule is the Clash of Champions show set to take place on Sun., Sept. 25, 2016, at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This will be the first Monday Night Raw exclusive event since the brand split, and replaces the show formerly known as Night of Champions.

We're now just one week out from showtime and this is how the card looks right now:

- Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins (Universal championship)

After Triple H returned to screw Rollins over and hand Owens his title victory, these two have been on a collision course.

- The New Day vs. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (Raw tag team championship)

These teams have been at each other for a while working comedy while also promising great violence. We can only hope there are no more groin based injuries going forward.

- Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks (Raw women’s championship)

Banks invoked her rematch clause after scaring everyone into thinking she was retiring, then was placed in a triple threat with her shot on the line that she won anyway.

- Sami Zayn vs. Chris Jericho

They talked some trash to each other and have also been good friends with Kevin Owens at one time or another. So, a match!

That’s the card so far. Roman Reigns vs. Rusev for the US title is expected to go official tomorrow night and they will surely add another couple matches before all is said done.
