Rumor Roundup (Sept. 15, 2016): Paige update, Kurt Angle WWE return, Kalisto injury, more!

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors for the Day:

• Although Paige noted she is not quitting WWE and PW Insider noted she's scheduled for television next week, that doesn't mean she's going to be appearing on any shows.

• Kurt Angle's route back to WWE could very well end up being just like that of Ultimate Warrior and Goldberg, as a big part of a future WWE 2K game.

• Kalisto is apparently out because he's dealing with a back injury of some sort.

• PW Insider notes that Gene Snitsky was backstage at SmackDown Live in Philadelphia this week, though that could have just been because he lives in Pennsylvania.

• Rebel is done with TNA for the time being.
