It’s that time of year again, and New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW)'s G1 Climax tournament is back to ruin sleep schedules all over the globe!
This year's version, the 26th annual, will feature 20 men competing across 19 dates for a spot in the finals August 14. Each show will be broadcast worldwide on New Japan's streaming service, NJPW World.
Check out Rev's list of matches worth checking out from the first five shows here, a quick recommendation on each of the bouts from the next five here & the latest shows here, and The Great Wall of Slow's look at who's still in the hunt and what they need to do (or how things need to break for them) here.
We'll have open threads & results for each show (and maybe a few other goodies - stay tuned!), so you can watch along with the best pro wrestling community on the internet.
We're coming up in the end, with one last day of action in each block to determine Sunday's final.
It's the eighteenth day of the tourney, and we're in Tokyo's iconic Sumo Hall for the duration. Today is the last day for B Block, and we'll find out who goes on to face Goto in the finals.
