WWE is doing everything it can to push Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live after the brand split. One new aspect of that was announced today, as the company revealed pre-shows for both the red and blue brand will air live and free across all digital platforms moving forward.
From WWE.com:
Led by WWE Hall of Famers Jerry "The King" Lawler, Booker T and Lita, the Raw and SmackDown Live Pre-Shows will provide expert analysis and highlight the main points of both brands every week at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT.
Previously, only Raw had a pre-show and you could only watch that on the WWE Network (for that one low price of $9.99 a month). This pushes the promotion’s already massive presence on YouTube while also at least attempting to get viewers that much more interested in its television shows each week.
Will you be watching, now that it’s free?
