Former WWE Divas champ (yes, children, it’s true... the Women’s title was called that for a while) AJ Lee informed us a few months back that she’d finished writing her upcoming autobiography.
Just finished my book. No co-writer. No ghost writer. Just me, lots of carbs, & an adorably evil mind.#CrazyIsMySuperpower

This inspired excitement, and not just from forty-something male marks like me!
I'll take 13 copies https://t.co/Souer7pMcZ

Now, we’re starting to get some concrete details about when Bayley, other fans of the Geek Goddess and I will be able to read a copy. Thanks to PWInsider, we know that April Brooks’ Crazy Is My Superpower: How I Triumphed by Breaking Bones, Breaking Hearts, and Breaking the Rules will be out from Penguin Random House on April 4, 2017. And, we have some promotional copy giving us a little better idea of what to expect:
A literary memoir chronicling her unlikely rise from 100-pound nerd growing up in extreme poverty and enduring years of abuse, to international sex symbol and professional wrestling champion (known as AJ Lee) who fought against stereotypes, forced the men in her industry to view her with respect, and inspired a huge fan base of over 2 Million Twitter followers with her fierce independent streak.
As if I couldn’t get any more excited, a scan of her Twitter feed also indicates that noted comic artist Rob Guillory (co-creator of Image’s Chew, and illustrator of at least one dope pin-up from Boom! Studios upcoming WWE project) will be contributing.
Fun Fact: I've been doing illustrations for @AJBrooks autobiography, CRAZY IS MY SUPERPOWER. It's very, very good.

I may be more excited for the Tuesday after WrestleMania 33, than the preceding two days...
