Last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw came just one night after the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, where Dean Ambrose won the WWE world heavyweight championship from Seth Rollins, who had pinned Roman Reigns to win it in the main event. The fallout show drew a strong 3.46 million viewers, up big from the week before.
They couldn’t sustain the momentum.
Indeed, this week’s show, the first following Roman Reigns’ suspension, drew just 3.09 million viewers. The hourly breakdown shows they mostly maintained interest throughout the night, there just wasn’t all that much interest to start with.
Hour one: 3.10 million
Hour two: 3.17 million
Hour three: 3.01 million
We’re inching closer to the draft and upcoming brand split but it doesn’t look like fans are buying in to what WWE is selling.
